Welcome to Change Your Story, based at Chesterton working mens club in the heart of Cambridge. As the founder of Addicted to Football, I have dedicated my life to supporting individuals struggling with mental health challenges and addiction. I understand the vital role that the community plays in recovery and well-being, which is why I established this support group. Our aim is to create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can feel themselves and not be judged.Be inspired to embrace your potential and connect with others who maybe struggling in the same situation as yourself, Whether it’s accessing courses to help you get future employment or simply just relaxing, chatting over a game of pool, darts or table football, either way there will be something here for everyone.
At the changing room, we believe in making new connections and facilitating social interactions. Our dedicated changing room is designed for those who may struggle with engaging in physical activities due to mental health struggles. Here, people can enjoy various social activities, meet new friends, and participate in group outings, all while having the support they need. We’re committed to helping you navigate your journey, equipping you with resources, and introducing you to local organisations that can offer further assistance. Let’s embark on this journey to change your story together.
Choosing Change Your Story means joining a community that prioritises your well-being and personal growth. Our social club offers a unique blend of support, activities, and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals. Here’s why we stand out:
